RESERVATIONS 

Guests are encouraged to make reservations in advance. Bookings made day of service and walk-in appointments are always welcome, based upon availability. All reservations must be secured with a major credit card and telephone number. To schedule your appointment(s), you can BOOK ONLINE or give us a call at 1-800-416-7339, extension 111.

*Please advise if you are pregnant or have other significant health concerns when booking any treatments.

ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN PROCEDURES 

We invite you to arrive early to use our shower facilities, change into a robe and secure your belongings. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time to check-in and prepare for your service.

In fairness to the next guest, your treatment will end on time. Therefore, arriving late will lessen your treatment time and may impact the benefits of your treatment and enjoyment. The full cost of your treatment will still be charged.

We request that you do not bring any jewelry and valuables to your spa experience. The Sanctuary Spa will not be responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items. To ensure your tranquility and that of all of our guest, all mobile devices should be turned off or switched to silent/vibrate mode.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As a courtesy to our guests and therapists, we require a 24-hour notice should you need to change or cancel your reservation. Cancellations made less than 24-hours prior to the service will be charged the full service fee. No refunds will be issued.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS

Spa guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. A parent must provide written permission for massage therapy for teens 14 to 17 years of age and the parent must remain in the room during all spa services.
